By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Sirene is an international, editorially curated visual platform focused primarily on the presentation and visibility of adult female models through selected photography and video, with a visual emphasis on nude and sensual work. The Website itself serves as the editorial platform and may include photographic and audiovisual projects, female model profiles, Covers, Sirenefolds and other signature editorial formats selected by The Sirene. The Models section presents selected female models collaborating with The Sirene and may help photographers, artists, producers, brands and other creative professionals discover potential collaborators. Covers and Sirenefolds are independent editorial formats of The Sirene and function as standalone visual features within the platform. Inclusion on the Website does not by itself create an employment relationship, model representation agreement, booking arrangement or agency relationship unless separately agreed in writing.

Subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement, we may decline, postpone, edit, archive or remove material from the Website.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website, its design, branding, selection and arrangement, logos, text, graphics and original editorial materials are owned by or licensed to The Sirene and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Photographs, videos and other contributed works may remain owned by their respective photographers, filmmakers, artists, female models, producers or other rights holders and may be used by The Sirene under licence or other agreement. Information in the Models section is provided for editorial presentation and professional discovery. Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Sirene does not guarantee a female model’s availability, suitability, fees, travel status, measurements, experience or willingness to accept a project. Any booking, commission, test shoot, commercial assignment or other collaboration must be agreed separately by the relevant parties. Information from female model profiles must not be used for harassment, stalking, doxxing, unsolicited mass marketing, unlawful profiling or any other unlawful purpose.

Material submitted through a form, e-mail address or another channel specifically designated by The Sirene for submissions is also governed by the Submission Terms. A submission is subject to editorial review and does not guarantee publication, representation, payment or collaboration.

You must not use the Website to violate applicable law or third-party rights; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with Website security or operation; introduce malicious software; impersonate another person or The Sirene; harvest personal information; send spam; misrepresent age, identity or rights; or use the Website in connection with trafficking, exploitation, coercion, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors or any other unlawful or abusive conduct.
